Perfect. Nobody gives in to rape easily unless a gun or knife is being held on the victim's throat and you will expect the victim and the one assaulting the other to come out with torn clothes, scratches, aberrations and some blood.

Were there any of these signs of rape? Since KKD was arrested at the hotel, it seems the report of rape was made not too long after the sexual encounter, did the police take pictures of KKD naked body for any sign of scratches and that of the lady with torn panties and brassiere you expect to see in rape situations?

If the lady was struggling to prevent the man from penetrating her, it is going to be difficult to do it in one position let alone two positions. KKD, a fifty year old man who is shorter than this 19 year old girl as the picture shows could not have easily subdued this young lady with two people within earshot without anybody hearing about it.

Hard to believe this rape allegation. The Police should have a lot of forensic evidence if rape really did happen taking into account how quick this case was reported from the time the sexual encounter happened.

Have you had sex before? Do you know what is being alleged here? You have to be a willing participant to be in that position during a sexual act. The girl cannot be riding the 'dick', excuse my language but that is what that sexual act is called and allege rape when the man is the one in a vulnerable position.

None of us want anybody to be raped but as human beings, we should be careful when judging cases of this nature.

Corney is defending this guy because like myself, I have a gut feeling the sex was consensual.

The fact that the man is 49 and the lady being 19 should not make this sexual encounter a rape. In Ghana, the age a woman can assent to sex is 19 and we have lawmakers like the Majority leader in Parliament, Alba Bagbin who is almost 60 years old with a wife he took when the lady was 17 and Alhaji Muntanka, the Asawase member of Parliament who just two years ago married a 17 year old high school graduate when he Muntanka is above 40 years.

Stop being all this almighty about preventing somebody from visiting USA when you don't even know the guy's immigration status.

Why is there a law against marital rape? How can a man rape his own wife when they have by agreement to marry, effectively have consented to have intimacy for the rest of their lives; and when they sleep together in the same bed each day and probably naked all the days they sleep together?

Once the girl says no, even if she has herself undressed and the man is penetrating, the man has to stop. Any further sexual activity constitutes rape whether she further persists against the man or out of fear or shame because others may know about the ongoing encounter she keeps quite to let the man have his way.

That is the law, you talked about that yesterday and you are right. She does not have to fight the man; all she has to do is tell the guy to stop it.

What of she agreeing initially and later on just at the time of starting the man says you bitch I got you then she says no and puts minimal resistance and the guy has his way. These instances are all rape. This is why most of these Pastors are able to rape the young women in the church and they don't say a word.
The reason being that nobody would believe them and they would end up losing all their friends and contacts.It's always a third party who is told something in confidence that takes the matter up. The victim never makes the first move to report the rape.
If it was that easy for women to report that they have been raped, half of the Pastors and managers of companies in Ghana will be in jail by now.

KKD Raped me when I was only 15 years old at Choice FM about 19 years ago. KKD saw me and my friend at Osu and he offered to give us a ride to Dzorwulu. On our way, he then offered to stop by Choice FM real quick to give us a tour of the facility. Mind you, I had met this guy and his family a week before this incident at an event. Because I want to remain anonymous. I will not disclose too much. Because those who know about this can identity me if they read this.
So as a clueless 15 year old virgin, I had no idea of his intentions. Me and my friend willingly agreed to follow him inside the radio station for the so called tour of the facility prior to dropping us off at Dzorwulu. He had another friend with him as well in the car.
Upon entry into the radio station, KKD's friend sat down at the reception with my friend. And KKD offered to take me alone upstairs for the tour. He then lifted me up, took off my clothes and my panties against my will and tried to penetrate me in his office. I was screaming and threatening to report him to the police and my parents if he did not stop. This predator was trying so hard to penetrate a 15 year old virgin. He eventually let me go when he realized that he could not penetrate.
So to all those people here who are defending this guy blindly, you have not walked a mile in this girl's shoes. I told my husband about this incident years ago. And of course my friend who was with me was my witness. She heard me screaming for help but couldn't come upstairs to help because KKD's friend was disrupting her.
I do not want to go public quite yet because of personal reasons.
But just a word of advice to those of you who are going on and defending this disgraceful act. This guy has so many more victims out there who may or may not come out to say their experience. I am very glad that his cap is full. Because I have been haunted by this incident my whole life. Such a disgrace to men in general. KKD, adeirr. Catching a young 15 year old and trying to rape her against her will.
Some of you may say what you like. But one thing I will tell you guys is that there is no smoke without fire. I wish some one will post the tell your KKD rape story challenge and we will see how many silent victims of this predator are watching this saga.

He suggested that they go to the bathroom. He knows what happened there. What is a 49 year old man doing in the bathroom with a 19 year old poor teenager? We cannot blame the girl. She is a child for Christ sake. KKD took advantage of this poor girl who was probably smitten by his popularity. Wait till the same fate befalls KKDs's 20 year old daughter. How will he take it? Let understand all sides of the coin and allow the law to take effect. The truth here is that KKD penetrated the girl. The girl says she was raped. Who will you believe here? Kissing or no kissing on CCTV, when the victim says no she means no and that is what happened here. Let's see if justice and common sense prevails here. Where are the lawyers fo the victim? The family probably has no money to defend the poor girl. She should sue KKD, the hotel and the event planners. PERIOD!!!!!

So what did my client KKD do? He hooks up with her and she wouldn't wait for the show to end and wanted a quickie so they went up to the suite. KKD could not do it on the bed right infront of the others and so he and the lady agreed to the powder-face-in-the-bathroom ploy. All went well and they both enjoyed every bit of it.
Now she decided to double her fees because KKD commended her style and the gymnastics that she displayed in the bathroom and requested that they repeat the session another time.
KKD did not agree to the doubled fees and the negotiations broke down and she threatened to show KKD if he did not comply within an hour.
Thus the concocted report of a rape. She is not a minor, there are no bruises, torn underwear, screams not heard. She is a pure SEX WORKER! CASE CLOSE!

I think a person who has witnessed a Crime,or has knowledge of a Criminal activity could make a report to the Police,and is one of the acceptable processes/procedures in law/Criminology.So,what do the lawyer talk and Surprised about !
Again,his(lawyer) pre-independence (Gold Coast)style of questions "why did none of the victims Cousins around not heard her shouted for help" is neither here nor there in a Rape case.Because the victim was not being slaughtered with a knife,but a rape,which for fear of her life,and strange reasons the victim may decide not to shout. We know that most Rape victims do not shout for help. KKD should employ the service of a smart lawyer.
