Have you had sex before? Do you know what is being alleged here? You have to be a willing participant to be in that position during a sexual act. The girl cannot be riding the 'dick', excuse my language but that is what that sexual act is called and allege rape when the man is the one in a vulnerable position.

None of us want anybody to be raped but as human beings, we should be careful when judging cases of this nature.

Corney is defending this guy because like myself, I have a gut feeling the sex was consensual.

The fact that the man is 49 and the lady being 19 should not make this sexual encounter a rape. In Ghana, the age a woman can assent to sex is 19 and we have lawmakers like the Majority leader in Parliament, Alba Bagbin who is almost 60 years old with a wife he took when the lady was 17 and Alhaji Muntanka, the Asawase member of Parliament who just two years ago married a 17 year old high school graduate when he Muntanka is above 40 years.

Stop being all this almighty about preventing somebody from visiting USA when you don't even know the guy's immigration status.

Otherwise it would mean that the lady willful consented or cooperated in the sexual bout between the much taller lady and a dwarf-like KKD. My argument here is premised on the fact that, even if the lady was forced to bend over, the doggy style , KKD would have found it extremely difficult, unless elevated by whatever means, to put his diamond pin into the lady's black hole of Calcutta . And so far, as this CCTV is not in HD to show them clearly they were actually kissing and making romance, there is no other software to make it appear clearer.

As for the video presented here, a whole lot can be interpreted into it that would neither favour Kwasi Kyei Darkwah or Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson. Now then, below is my own interpretation of the video that I had just witnessed.

1: All three entered the African Regent Hotel casually like everyone else or group.

OBSERVATION; Nothing out of the ordinary.

2: They stood in the foyer and chattered a lengthy while.

OBSERVATION; Nothing magical to that.

3: Still chatting, it was rather Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson who clearly gave what appears to be a camera of hers to someone also in the foyer to take a group picture of them together.

OBSERVATION; Still nothing much and all seemed normal.

4: Just after the photo, it was KKD that requested upon some guy whom I believed is also a worker in that hotel who had just finished attending to some costumers also in the hall and standing just close to the left hand side of the unfortunate Christmas tree (CCTV camera-viewpoint)

5: They disappeared with three in total towards the left but re-appeared back in the chalet totalling five in number. The two aforementioned with her supposedly cousin and two others. One in a "full coded suit" like the men in black and another in a red T-shirt.

OBSERVATION; Suspicious.

6: The two led the supposedly Ewuraffe's cousin into the entrance of the hotel rooms and to which of the room they sneaked into remains a mystery just as well as suspiciously leaving Ewuraffe and KKD behind.

OBSERVATION; Very disturbing.

7: It was KKD that pulled Ewuraffe to the side of the chalet and just at the entrance to the the hotel rooms on that floor and she obliged.

OBSERVATION: Worrisome.

8: Whether they are kissing and caressing seems not that clear.

OBSERVATION; Not convincing.

9: They finally proceeded into one of the rooms and whether it was the same room her cousin was led into or another room altogether, nobody can tell since the CCTV is limited to the chalet as internationally stipulated.

OBSERVATION; Incongruous.

10: After everything, they all left the African Regent Hotel together and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

OBSERVATION; Phoney, but can be explained.

A judge or the Police administration could and should haul them before the courts to explain their actions.
This is "GUTTER JOURNALISM" and not investigation.
Whoever released the cctv footage should also be questioned because this is breach of hotel security and privacy.
Why would any right thinking person GO TO such a hotel if your privacy could be made public by its security apparatus.
Others shown in the clip could sue the hotel and StarFmonline for breach of privacy.

It is no secret that these old men who run modeling and fashion agencies use their influence to abuse young and aspiring girls who want to enter these industries. Rapists are good at intimidating their victims so coming out of the hotel with the girl means nothing. The important thing is that at the point of penetration, did the girl object to it? If she did and KKD refused to stop then it is rape. Even if you penetrate your own wife and she says no you have to stop. That is the law. So stop this damage control media stunts. You are disgracing KKD the more with this media trial that you are executing. This video does not in any way exonerate him from the rape charge. Coming out of the hotel with the girls does not exonerate him either. What will exonerate him is if the girl agreed for penetration. MOST GHANAIANS may not know that this is not a contempt of court since this will rather help the court and the police to unravel who's telling the truth or lies.

In fact, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the media showing this video. It's sad some ignorant people are arguing blindly about this. They do watch CNN, any international media houses at all? There was a case recently in the States involving Micheal Brown, a black guy who was shot a killed by a White police, it was via footages like these via CCTV that helped unravel the truth .

After all the girl says she was raped and KKD says otherwise, so what will prove the innocence of either of the both? CCTV cameras. And voilas we thank God we have it now. In fact, there was no rape whatsoever. This girl is rather getting herself into big mess.

If the Police have not taken custody of the cctv evidence from the hotel, then that is a dereliction of duty.

This particular rape allegation don't seem to me to be a difficult case. If there was rape, you have the two other people that were in the hotel room with KKD and the "victim".

There should be torn clothes, panties and brassiere.

There should be aberrations on the victim sexual area and scratches on the accused.

The behavior of the victim and the accused before the sexual encounter and after should help.

As a father of a 22 year old daughter, I have sympathy for rape victims and as a man, I am also aware some women use rape and sexual assault to blackmail men and as such, I have read almost every news coming out about this case and from people back home in Ghana.

I have read a lot of comments where people have said when a woman says NO, the man should stop. That is true but nowhere have it been reported that this lady said No and the man didn't stop.

People seem to hate KKD for the mere fact that he is 49 and the lady is 19. Even most of the men here think it is rape because of age difference which is not true.

These young women call these guys SUGAR DADDIES because they can provide for their needs. These young ladies are not fragile or innocent victims as others want us to believe.

The video does not automatically remove the charges against KKD but at least it gives hope and strengthens the defence legal team to pull all strings. Infact the accuser and most probably the other persons accompanying them should be ready to stand the credibility drill. The accuser has a lot of questions to answer and she must convince the court. This thing ain't over yet. Rape is a serious offence and it must be condemned at all times but we must also ensure that innocent persons are not punished just because someone hates them. The moral issue of KKD sleeping with a 19-yr old should not be the basis of falsely accusing him, that though no crime as per our constituition must not overshadow the felony part at all

- In washroom, KKD kisses Effe again. Now she's in shock, but KKD pounces knowing she's vulnerable. He pulls her to sit on him and in the struggle before she's aware he has penetrated her. Now this is a place of no return. Once you enter a lady, very difficult for her to escape even in rape. Remember, she's human.

The question we need to ask and debate is that "is there any proof that KKD coerced Efe to sleep with him" Did KKD use any force, intimations, threats to get Efe to sleep with him?

If he did that then he can be charged with rape. The video shows that the encounter with the girl does not show any aggression on the part of KKD. In the lobby, they got to know each other. There were hugs, selfies and even several minutes of romance near the bathroom entrance. From my vantage point, the girl did not show any resistance. The romance took place pretty much in a public space and if Efe felt pressured she easily could have resisted or left KKD'S company but she did not.

The man asks a matured girl to follow him into a male's bathroom and instantly she obliges. What does that tell you?..CONSENSUAL. I would like to ask "how many girls in this forum will follow a 50 yr old man into the bathroom if they are UNCOMFORTABLE?
