However I don't believe that Africa was last in ensuring environmental sustainability as has been stated. There is growing irritation amongst concerned citizens and stakeholders on the lack of information from the President and the MPs (representatives) on how we have fared so far.

The government must provide the needed information as soon as possible.t

The term has financial connotations but its meaning has been corrupted as the word is Nyanta-kyized into a jargon by the hardcore Ghanaweb faithful.

In Mathematical Finance or Managerial Accounting, the COEFFICIENT of variation of a financial investment is defined as the RATIO of the Standard Deviation of Investment Returns TO the Expected Financial Return. In particular, it is a measure of financial risk associated with an investment. This index allows a clever investor to determine the volatility or amount of risk he or she or he-she is taking in relation to an expected financial return. In particular, the greater the accrued financial returns, the lower the the COEFFICIENT and the lesser the risk.

In simpler words, the COEFFICIENT of variation of a financial investment is the measure of of the risk or volatility associated with the investment for each 1% of the expected investment return.
