Have you had sex before? Do you know what is being alleged here? You have to be a willing participant to be in that position during a sexual act. The girl cannot be riding the 'dick', excuse my language but that is what that sexual act is called and allege rape when the man is the one in a vulnerable position.

None of us want anybody to be raped but as human beings, we should be careful when judging cases of this nature.

Corney is defending this guy because like myself, I have a gut feeling the sex was consensual.

The fact that the man is 49 and the lady being 19 should not make this sexual encounter a rape. In Ghana, the age a woman can assent to sex is 19 and we have lawmakers like the Majority leader in Parliament, Alba Bagbin who is almost 60 years old with a wife he took when the lady was 17 and Alhaji Muntanka, the Asawase member of Parliament who just two years ago married a 17 year old high school graduate when he Muntanka is above 40 years.

Stop being all this almighty about preventing somebody from visiting USA when you don't even know the guy's immigration status.

Perhaps, morally he may be wrong but who are we to set the moral age to have sex with an adult? (19 years is considered adult by the way). What needs to be determined is truly if he did rape her. Once that has been proven beyond reasonable doubt, then an appropriate sentence will be the right thing to happen.

I'm sure he's regretted ever meeting this woman, let alone having sex with her. The woman in question too might be going through a lot of psychological trauma with all the media reports and possible family backlash. Let's just hope the truth comes out eventually.

They tried and tried and failed because they didn't know how to go about it. She doubled as an elder sister and gave me hints and tips on how to handle issues even at my workplace. Her pieces of advice once helped me from getting fired. Whenever she borrowed money, she would pay back and it was difficult at times to take it back. The first thing I did was to respect and get along with her children. It worked like magic. I never looked at a young who would have been a vampire no doubt. The question we need to ask and debate is that "is there any proof that KKD coerced Efe to sleep with him?" Did KKD use any force, intimations, pressure, threats to get Efe to sleep with him?

If he did that then he can be charged with rape. The video shows that the encounter with the girl does not show any aggression on the part of KKD. In the lobby, they got to know each other. There were hugs, selfies and even several minutes of romance near the bathroom entrance. From my vantage point, the girl did not show any resistance. The romance took place pretty much in a public space and if Efe felt pressured she easily could have resisted or left KKD'S company but she did not.

The man asks a matured girl to follow him into a male's bathroom and instantly she obliges. What does that tell you?..CONSENSUAL. I would like to ask "how many girls in this forum will follow a 50 yr old man into the bathroom if they are UNCOMFORTABLE?

The fact that she did after kissing KKD is proof that she was very comfortable with the proposal no matter how indescent it may seem.

What transpired in the bathroom we do not know excerpt that we know there was sex. The question is "does the evidence so far support the notion that KKD forced Efe to have sex with him?" I say so far there is reasonable BOUBT.

I see this as a classic case of " POST COITAL REMORSE". It is the guilt experienced by many who cheat on their spouses. Efe got busted by her boyfriend when she refused to have her boyfriend finger her, fearing that the boy may find out what she had done decided to lie that she had been forced into sex by KKD. The angry boy threatens to dump her if she did not press charges.

So far have we established reasonable doubt of rape? YES, YES and YES.
This man's freedom is being trampled upon by our poor justice system impregnated with morals and sentiments instead of applying the the legal blueprint which is unbiased.

2ndly, what information does the CCTV hold?
Proof of evidence of the victim or the perpetrator's innocence?
Unless it has evidence of the actual incident and not simply KKD escorting her into the premises, then I don't know how that can influence or jeopardize the case.

If you did not already know about this case and you are shown the video and asked to interpret it like you will for a movie, nobody can tell what was going on in the video. The video DID NOT show "few minutes of romance” the KKD backers and CCTV put it. It did not show the girl “throwing” herself at KKD as they alleged. It shows KKD pulled her to the other side for the kiss. Secondly, as they walked to the room, KKD has his hands at her back subtly escorting her to the room. The main question is when did they arrange for the sex??? KKD NEVER talked about sexing her when he was engaging the girl and her sister in the lobby. Also, did the girl know that she and KKD were going to have sex when latter asked former to help him put some powder on his face. Then the final question is where did they make the arrangement to have the sex? Was it before they went to the bathroom, or during the powdering? That gives you an indication of coercion or lack thereof. Another hint: Did KKD use condom??? That is another hint telling you whether the sex was planned or she was coerced.
