I believe that going to the magistrates court first was part of the ploy because the prosecution know that it will not be held against them as it is a rape case which is prosecuted with an odd law and procedure.

The video DID NOT show "few minutes of romance” the KKD backers and CCTV put it. It did not show the girl “throwing” herself at KKD as they alleged. It is my opinion that men deserve what they are getting from rape accusations.
When these laws were tabled in parliaments in many countries, there were self righteous men who helped vigorously to pass these into law. They were so senseless to see that it was a feminist agenda to imprison as many men as possible so far as these feminists don't like you for whatever reason. Those who pleaded for caution either lost their jobs or were not promoted curly. They just pleaded for caution.
The state of the law is that any sexual intercourse is potentially rape technically. It depends on how she female FEELS afterwards.
The process after the accusation is that the male is guilty by default infill and unless he can prove otherwise. Hence a woman who does not even know a male as such and accuse the man of rape and instantly, the male will be locked up.
It is not kkds lawyers who are at fault. Here but the law which is a feminist agenda.
The law does not consider the anatomy and physiology of the male and how it functions. I challengecany man on the platform to say that during penetration of a females vagina, were your hormones are allover the place and the female says stop, that you can stop. It is impossible or that male does not have any knowledge of the mechanism of Dr Hal intercourse.
The theory used to pass that laws is what it it coupled with a strong lobby from the feminists.
