Mr. Mahama is exactly one of the visionless African leaders that have always been accused of misplacing their priorities and bad governance. Does the NDC government think, despite the massive corruption, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, when the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger and over taxed?

Governance under the NDC government is all about deceit and 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven, and as they ask us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they're loosening theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they asked us to wait for a paradise in three years. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

Their aim is to try hard to link the government to the cocaine issue because of the cocaine tag on them having a whole member of parliament convicted and serve ten years in jail for drug trafficking and many others.

Even the dogs in the streets of London and Accra knew why the lady was arrested on the airplane but since they don't get it let me tell them that when the lady was given the bag and she transferred some of the package to her other bag which drew the attention of the crew and other passengers before the plain got down the crew had already informed the authorities who were ready for her,which of this is difficult for these people to understand.
Akomea,security agencies can decide to arrest a suspect at anywhere they can get the suspect it was the choice of the British authorities to arrest her on the airplane,there is no law that says she has to disembark before they arrest her.
If you are not satisfied with why the arrested her on the airplane go and ask the Brotish authorities,that is not a question for Ghanaian authorities,stop displaying your ignorance and stupidity.
Go and ask the Judge why he granted bail to the suspects charged with abetment,the judge is not a member of the NDC or a member of the executive.

Since the NPP has such a loud mouth about drug connectivity, why did the NPP not come out after Eric Amoateng's arrest in the USA and proclaim that Eric Amoateng's drug trafficking was connected to Kufuor's NPP administration?Nana Akomea, NPP Director of Communications, when Ruby was arrested, came out and proclaimed that the NDC had fallen on its own sword. Akomea never presented proof then or now. While Akomea was making those empty noises, other NPP peddlers of falsehood were barking that that Ruby had a Ghanaian diplomatic passport at the time of her arrest. When that false claim was deflated by the British High Commissioner to Ghana, the same NPP peddlers of false propaganda anrily demanded that the High Commissioner stay out of Ghjana's politics. All the High Commissioner did was to set the record staright, but the NPP false propaganda peddlers never want to hear the truth. Nana Akomea has now turned himself into the NPP's Director of Miscommunications, spitting out more words of mass deception than Bush and Chaney combined. Nana Akomea was a Member of Parliament when his fellow NPP Member of Parliament Eric Amoateng was arrested in the USA and spent ten years in prison for drug trafficking. Can Nana Akomea produce any statements he made at the time connecting Eric Amoateng's trafficking to the NPP Kufuor government?Did any of the NPP officials even bother to chastise Amoateng for disgracing not only Parliament but also his country?

It's clear that these drug traffickers bribed certain career government officials to gain acces to the VIIP center to carry out their trafficking. Those officials were quickly arrested, along with some accomplices of drug queen Ruby Adu-Gyamfi. These people are currently charged in the courts in Ghana. Can Akomea state the same for the NPP Kufuor government when Eric Amoateng was arrested in the USA for trafficking in drugs? Did the Kufuor administration bother to investigate and arrest any of Amoateng's accomplices in Ghana?

They have to realize that they can't fool some people all the time. We need an opposition which can push sitting government to develope our country not one which wishes the government to fail so they can come to power. Akomea has become a common comedian whose analysis and 5-point query is smack of incompetence, novice, and mockery.

A common drug dealer cannot have the State's diplomatic vehicles in Ghana and abroad specifically the UK, operatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ghana Embassy in the UK, the Ambassador, the VVIP lounge, operatives of Ghana's security, her spokespersons being gov't ministers, from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Communication, etc, etc all at her disposal if the Mahama NDC gov't is not manifestly complicit and in cahoots with the "common drug dealer", who has been sent into the cooler for daring to transport the "purest form of cocaine" ever to hit UK border agencies offices in the UK in the most confident, brazen and unfathomable manner akin to a daredevil.
This is aside of the alleged "ironclad dealings" of this canned drug dealer to the 1st family and the CEO of Cocobod and information trickling in to the effect that, allegedly, siblings of the 1st family were on the flight to ensure that the drop was successful.
No "common drug dealer" can pull this feat off and in the case of this busted drug dealer, the position that the Mahama NDC gov't is complicit and neck deep in the scandal would be undisputable and any contrary position would defy any logic under the Sun.

Why did you omit that all important part of Nayele Amefefeh's testimony in court that she had been protected in her drug dealing business by powerful people since 2004. Isn't it significant that it was your party, the NPP, that was in power then? Who in Ghana doesn't know that your party was, and in all probability still is, a cocaine party? Was Amoateng not your chief cocaine dealer who was busted, convicted and imprisoned in the United States? Was he not the chief financier of your Party?

You made reference to the MV Benjamin Cocaine case of April 2007, still at the time when your party was in power. Why didn't you go a step further to tell the truth to your readers about how all the confiscated cocaine mysteriously disappeared from the custody of the police at their Headquarters in Accra, some of which, it was later discovered, were traced to the Asantehene's palace in Kumasi. It must be noted that the Inspector-General of Police as well as his deputy at the time were Asantes, just as President, Kufuor himself. Indeed, when Kufuor appointed a so-called committee to investigate the disappearance of the cocaine from the Police Headquarters and appointed the Supreme Court Justice, Georgina Wood, a strong NPP member, as its chairperson, she issued a statement at the concl;usion of her committee's work that its findings were inconclusive. That sadly ended the Benjamin Cocaine saga. No wonder the late President Mills upon assumption of office as President quickly retired both police chiefs.

Meanwhile, Kufuor was so pleased with Wood's work that he quickly promoted her over and above all her seniors to the position of Ghana's Chief Justice! All because she had saved Kufuor personally, his NPP party, the Asante police chiefs, the Asantehene as well as his entire Asante kingdom from terrible scandal and embarrassment.

All this being the case, how can Akomea try to throw dust in Ghanaians' eyes by blaming President Mahama and his administration for its complicity in the Ms. Ametefeh's cocaine saga? Were the officials who aided Ms. Ametefeh not Kufuor/NPP party appointees? You can succeed only in fooling yoursel and your ignorant NPP adherents.

2. The first person to visit the woman in jail was Amb. Victor Smith, even before her lawyer. To debrief her?
3. Why the suspects standing trial in Ghana granted bail in a known non-bailable offence.
4. The surprise silence by the NACOB Boss, Akrasi Sarpong. Someone of nature would have been heard jumping from radio station to another.
5. That contrary to the laid down procedure of seeking a court order, NACOB is forcibly confiscating Nayele's properties. In a Rambo style.
