  parliament need to set up a sentencing guide lines...we cant live in an "animal farm "system. Where some are given harsher sentences.and some lesser sentences....
  a sentencing guide lines must be implemented.for all crimes as its done in the advance countries.
  judges shouldn't be allowed to throw people in jail at their discretion.democracy is about fairness and transparency.
  convicts are incarcerated to reform.not to rot in jail...

  Let's hope the Prison signs the man to some job with pay fo the pregnant teen. She needs to complete her studies or be sent to a vocational institution, to make up for the disrupted studies.

  The LAWS are not perfect, but the man needs to pay for the 'wrong'; violating the teen.
