  I tell you in just 3 years these flats will no be recognizable.They will be dirty and falling apart due to lack of their proper maintenace by those living in them.When will ghanaians learn to keep the environment they live in clean?No wonder the life span of Ghanaians is very short.

  The country is in dire need of housing and this proves an efficient use of existing landed assets. Left unbuilt, squatters will occupy these prime lands and litigate a prolonged expensive and eviction...KUDOS MD

  Form ownership associations with tough bye laws and riders. There must be annual dues for maintenance of the building and general areas. There must be regular meeting of owners. There must be regulations about how many people could live in a unit, there must be clear regulations about what you can put outside of your unit, there must be regulations about what additions, modification occupants can make, etc.

  Good idea Mr. Abbey Please, Please turn your eye to rebuilding site 1 and 2. Imagine how a seaman coming to Ghana will House in his mind about the country.

  What a shame!!! Nkrumah built the entire Tema township with Ghanaians, but today this small project cannot be built by Ghanaians but by the Chinese.what a retrogression !!!
