  I will throw a challenge to this man that if he is not a thief, he should let the state investigate and come out with all his properties and how he acquired them. His salary, as a public figure is known and that alone can be determinant factor as to how he came by some properties as head of the NSS.
  
  Those whose opulence are the result of stealing state money should be ashamed of themselves and at least 90% of the elite are guilty of this.

  If Mahama cannot raise money from the nation's resources to purchase Sanitary Pads for our girls and our mothers unless we go to the World Bank
  to borrow $156 million American dollars pay high interest on it, before we can gain access such products, how can't we go to HIPIC?
