  I doubt that Dr Dery will be confirmed as medical administrator of DPH. He proved clearing that he can't control staffs and patients of the hospital. Dr Dery interview with GNA shows he incompetency as a leader.

  My worry is the instance you cited that the morgue man may have to finish transacting his private business at the bank before conveying corpse. People are paid to work for eight hours and therefore cannot spend hours unending doing something private.
