Let's rather ask NPP these questions? Have they seen the following infrastructural developments:

The Sofoline road project, Kumasi airport upgrade, Kwame Nkrumah circle interchange, Takoradi & Tema harbour expansion, Atuabo gas, Tamale airport, and the list goes on. Except that the minority NPP thought those projects were undertaken by free sea water and sand fetched from the an lactic ocean. Even that someone has to get some allowance for free labour.

NPP has no positive message for Ghanaians. No wonder you can see majority of them are idiots when they speak.

His position that every Member of Parliament is given details of the loan involved would be right, but not it's not the whole Parliament that approves.
The loans contracted by his Mahama NDC gov't is approved by solely by the Mahama NDC majority in Parliament. All loans approved in Parliament get approved by the NDC majority in Parlament about 95% of the time. It's very, very important that this very significant distinction that about 95% of all loans contracted by his NDC gov't is approved by his NDC majority in Parliament.
The fact that there's information about loans contracted by his NDC gov't does not in and of itself necessarily mean that those loans or the funds have been judiciously used for those projects. That would be making a very childish argument and weak argument which should be left to primary school pupils.
All the major projects as listed by his NDC gov't that have passed through Parliament and have been approved mostly by the NDC majority in Parliament at the last count put it around a figure of about $4-5billion dollars.
Within the 7 years that his NDC gov't have been in power over a whooping amount of $27billion dollars have accrued as debt. If conservatively only about $4-5billion can be captured in official records as presented by the Minister of Finance Seth Terkper, then where is the staggering difference of $22-23 billion dollars?
Ofosu Kwakye, Felix should not engage in such childish pranks because governance is very, very serious business.
