If this is true, I will consider the sports ministry indecisive and unreliable! Why should he review the previous decision when the players have accepted to turn up to the call-up? Ghana is helping these players to exhibit their talents to the world and the bigger clubs, when they catch the eye of the big clubs do these players pay the nation for showcasing them? Are they not playing for their own good? Does the national team not make them more popular and marketable? How can Ghana do anything meaning if the ministries are indecisive? It is sad, out here, national team players don't gain anything substantial for representing their national teams, why has our national teams become goldmines? Stop it and rather spend on the local clubs!

Then it moved to 10.0.

Then the Govt shipped 3.0 to Brazil.
Then it became 4.3, then 4.1, then 4.2.

Then 4.0 was spent, then 4.0 remained, then 4.1 needed to be returned by FA, then 4.0 was returned, then 4.0 was owed to the Govt by FA, but FA says Govt already has the money, but Govt says they don't have it, then Commission says FA must return the 4.0 to Govt, then the same Commission says FA must return 4.1 to Govt, then the same Commission says FA must return 4.0 to Govt, then that same amount became 3.1, then FA says they're using the 3.1 to finance Afcon.

Now players wanted 10,000 per game for Afcon, then it became 5,000, then it became 0 because they would rather play for 0 than for a measly 5,000, and now it's back to 10,000.

Look for another figure tomorrow, folks.

Prior , to making a bold decision on the bonus and appearance fees , there ought to be a sit down meeting of some sort with the GFA MINISTRY OF SPORTS AND THE CAPTAIN OF THE BLACK STARS REPRESENTING THE PLAYERS . Draft a plan and stand by it . If you think the players are taking the whole nation for a ride and the Gfa and the ministry of sports can not do nothing about it .Ok here is a my little break down of the whole charade: I think in a way it's justifuable , these players took time off their regular jobs at their respective clubs for the nation , ILL OR WELL , they showed up , the unforgiving tangibles involved in the game ends carriers . And that means the end of a players life line , dreams bread basket . So yes has astronomical as the amounts giving to this players may sound to most GHANAIANS due to the economic backwardness and the undeserving effects it has on the ppl , these amounts are just mere consolation fees. And this issues need not get any play in the media if the ministry of sports and the Fa competency is anything to write home about .

It's clear that the NDC wanted to pay our Black Stars' bonuses in Ghana Cedis during the WC-2014 in Brazil until there was a revolt in camp. Gov't had to fly US $3Million to Brazil to cool tempers down. After threatening to pay on US $5,000 (take of leave it) bonus, they've now changed their mind. What we're reading is a big surprises and that shows who the NDC are; they're a bunch of liars and deceitful people. Meanwhile we all hope that the Black Stars will be able to win the AFCON-2015 Cup after so many years of misses.
