It is the same i know this man, i know this lawyer and i know this judge that is breeding corruption in a magnitude which makes the ordinary person suffer.

If you don't know about this case and the video is shown to you, you will not even see anything. The supporters of this potential rapist made it sound like the girl was all over kkd and in love. But the video did not show that. Just another useless adult fool abusing young women with his third-world status as a celebrity.

All those lawyers & judges involved in this case woyome case still pending & it involves money that can build at least 10 boreholes& toilet facilities for those needy kids. Anyway since Rawlings reign judges were murdered for doing their jobs one might think things will be done differently? It makes you go hmmm. If he is guilty then send him to jail if not let the guy walk. This case is becoming useless if you ask the public about it.

First of all the headline of the story is very misleading. The case was adjourned but he was not denied bail.
Now the legal procedure for rape in Ghana does not allow for rape, therefore the lawyers and judges cannot be faulted.
It is the legislature that is to blame. The way the law was drafted and passed makes it draconian and it was slipped onto our statutes with emotion from a feminist point of view to meet a feminist agenda was breath taking. The state of the law in Ghana as i have posted previously on many occasions is such that even a female who does not know you can accuse a male of rape. The next step is that the police will arrest the male and that male cannot be bailed full stop. Yes the male will be processed for court within the 48 hour period that the constitution stipulates but the judge will find it difficult to bail you.
The law will only be changed if it catches up with the children of the leaders (both male and female).

The humiliation is enough for KKD. His role model status is now thrown to the dogs. No one is perfect, but i guess a lesson learned the hard way will make KKD a better person.
