  Go to asia, South America, copa, concacaf and how many expatriate/black coaches will you see there? These foreign coaches come to africa and make all this money but never invest a single dollar in africa. All the cash goes back to their native countries. In africa, this is important as these coaches command huge salaries, a portion of government expenditure. So to not have the gains exploited in the nation's gdp is risky. Grant is by far the most experienced coach going to afcon. Will that experience translate to an afcon trophy? No

  Appiah is/was a very good coach for Ghana. He is a good man too. He's got nothing to do with what happened in the 2014 FIFA WORLD CUP. Yet we kick him out. Even almighty Brazil were beaten 7 goals to 1. Football/Soccer is a game with an element of unpredictability.

He was certainly not a coach. The GFA knew it. They don't want a ghanaian coach for the job so they employed the weakest one to fail, as a way to vindicate their stance. Kwesi appiah was a no no

  I share with all of you who argue that you won't won't see black soccer coaches in Europe,Asia,south America,etc.my questions is who forces these relegated coaches on us?I call them relegated because they are the likes of Bofoakwa tano,zaytuna and so on should they soccer teams in Ghana.Is it these relegated coaches who force themselves on us or our so called foreign players or it is our African NYANTAKYI's who out of kick backs force these coaches on us?I cannot see the impact of these white (relegated)coaches on African soccer yet still they are going out and coming in.May be it is the conscience of we the soccer fans.when will African emancipate ourselves from mental slavery?most of our decisions are so awkward.when I include myself,we Africans are fools in our choices and decision making
