After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

If above is true then why refer to Cudjoe's academic failures? Don't get the whole argument. By the way, Fifi has the power in government now, he should tell us his achievements in government and for Ghana instead. Or is there nothing to write home about?

Ghanaians are foolish because they can't tell if they are suffering or not, somebody from outside will have to speak for them.
So Ghanaians, you don't have any problem. Your pipes are flowing with water constantly, power supply is constant, you live in a corrupt free country, your currency, the cedi is doing wonderful, fuel price is very affordable, your hospitals are fantastic; even Atta Mills patronized them till he died, your cities are squeaky clean; garbage on the streets is a thing of the past, misappropriation of state funds is just fine, don't complain. I mean, you are just doing fine, if you complain again, we will scorn you, especially, if you are someone with a disability. Just shut-up and listen to outsiders, because they pay for the food you eat, the petrol you buy and bear your pain when you are sick and you are asked to go home because hospitals don't have beds to admit you. If the government doesn't want anybody to talk about the exorbitant cost of the interchange, it should have come clean from the beginning; from the bidding process to the award of the contract.

If you have an open bidding process in which three or more companies bid for a project, and the submitted tender documents opened in front of all representatives of the contractors that took part in the process, and you award the contract to one of the companies based on best technical specifications and reasonable lower cost, the amount you award the contract will be known to even the other contractors and it will not be difficult for the government to release it.

How can we award contract to a company and the work is ongoing without knowing exactly how much we've awarded it, and we're still talking about projected figures and so on? I believe Nana is hitting the nail on the head. There is too much obscurity and lack of transparency in awarding the project, and we're afraid that Ghanaians may not be getting value for their money.

Passing A levels with even A stars which is now so common is no achievement to be bragging about, especially if you went to Achimota. Just setting up an NGO and describing yourself as THINK TANK does not necessarily make your organization one. You need to improve on your economic policy analysis skills. Just because you have access to the media does not mean you are the best. And don't think that those of us who listen to what you say and what you write are fools. There are millions in Ghana who understand economic policy analysis more than you but do not make the kind of noise that you make in Ghana. Not surprising because empty barrels make the most noise.

The answer is simple: during the time of John Mahama as a student of University of Ghana,Legon,all those who read History had A-Level aggregates in the range of 13-14.ie any combination of passes of CEE-DEE at the advanced level,while their 'O'Level Mathematics was stinking.Note that given John Mahama's family background(his father was a minister under the late President Nkrumah),his first choice of courses at Legon must have been any of Business Administration,Law or Economics.Alas! he did not have the IQ required for the A-Level grades that could qualify him for this,hence settling for History.

I have no university certificate but if this is the analysis a university garduate can make then I think university education has failed to transfoprm Fifi Kwetey and that explains why Ghanaians are poor in the midst of plenty. Look, Fifi Kwetey attended Achimota whiles Franklin Kujo attended Pojoss. Whilst Achimota was blessed with facilities and housed almost all their tutors on campus, Pojoss had only 10 accommodation for 50 tuors then. Because of this shortfall, a lot of tutors prefer going to GHANASS. This made a lot of POJOSS students to study on their own. So Franklin Kujo is likely to have achieved his current feat by his own effort. Achimota shares a boundary with Legon and so their students always had assistance from legon lecturers when it comes to tuition. More importantly, in those days a lot of the CHIEF EXAMINERS were from Achimota and so what they normally do was set WAEC questions and use the same questions they have submitted to WAEC to set their internal Super Mock Exams. In those days students from across the country always crave for Achimota Super Mock Exam questions as reliable materials to pass their WAEC exams. This explains the 4As Fifi Kwetey is boasting of. I belive if the two had had the same opportunities Franklin Kujo could have been far better than Fifi Kwetey considering the marvelous achievements the former is chalking in the real world.

I know a student who used to collect almost all the prizes at secondary school level and another who collected several prizes at the Sixth Form level; each was voted the best student of the year in their respective schools. Yet each performed unbelievably badly in their respective O-, and A-Level exams. What do you think about those?

Fifi Kwetey is taking it personal whatever he thinks is going on between himself and Imani boss, Franklin Cudjoe and has thrown the "rules of engagement" to the winds and is embarassing himself, the NDC and the Republic of Ghana.
It's obvious now that Fifi Kwetey and Franklin Cudjoe did not have the same education. The Minister for Food and Agriculture and the Imani boss both had some education but one just went through the school and the school went through the other. From their personal contributions to society at large it is apparent that it's Kwetey who went through the school and came out the same person, just as empty on graduation day and today as his first day in school. School on the other hand went through Cudjoe as he came out equipped and ready to impart knowledge and wisdom as his contribution to the development of an entire nation.
The blustering from Kwetey led me to do some verification. For bragging out so loud I pre-supposed Fifi must be among the list of 53 Fulbright Alumni who have won Nobel Prizes or among the 78 who have won Pulitzer Prizes. He's not even a Fulbright Scholar to begin with and neither is he a Rhodes Scholar. What then is Fifi Kwetey bragging about? He was re-shuffled from the Finance Ministry to the Food and Agriculture Ministry for he was a square peg in a round hole. Mr Cudjoe was right about Fifi Kwetey when he said he got his job through propaganda for he's an empty whose main talent is talking crap to get a spot in the day's news.
