Being the Director of Communication for the NPP, one can understand why Akomea will claim that the NPP heard the claim of a diplomatic passport just like the rest of the nation. Within hours of Ruby Adu Gyamfi's arrest, the NPP was out with fabrications and deceptions that tried to tie the NDC and the government to drug queen Ruby's diabolical trafficking escapade. Even Akomea himself put out a statement that the NDC had fallen on its own sword. Akomea was serving in Parliament along side Eric Amoateng when Amoateng was arrested in the USA for trafficking drugs, and not once did Akomea ask his own government to conduct investigations to determine how Amoateng was able to get his drugs out of Ghana and why a law maker like Amoateng would even stoop so low as to engage in drug trafficking while serving in Parliament. Akomea needs stop stop practicing hypocrisy, for Ghanaians can see things for themselves. Akomea cannot try to bury the Eric Amoateng NPP drug debacle by attempting to weave Ruby Adu Gyamfi's drug trafficking into the the NDC and the government. While Akomea is claiming to want answers from the government, he may also want to explain what he meant when he blurted out that the NDC had fallen on its own sword.
