Those tasked to probe this fire should go straight to the point that the fire was set deliberately to hid massive corruption that had taken place. The days where people's attention can be diverted to somewhere else is gone due to technology.
A time will come that people will not be interested to hold government post because they cannot steal no more. Just mark these words somewhere.

If an audit was to be done today, it would show that, about 98% of gov't owned structures in the country do not have a fire safety certificate. It is not just the Central Medical Stores. It cuts across to the point that, some of them do not even have fire extinguishers, and if even if they do, these fire extinguishers do not even work.
Now when one begins to assess these factors, then the seriousness of the lack of leadership that has taken over the country under this Mahama NDC gov't hits home very hard, and the imperative need to change direction as a country.
Clearly the Mahama NDC gov't is tired and needs a badly needed respite in 2016 from governance and Ghanaians should oblige him.

The bosses of fire service since all these years are useless.They should have always maintained a register of important state installations and made sure that they were all the time ready for any fires.

THEY WILL PLAY THE USUAL DELAY TACTICS WITH SUPPLIES UNTIL SOME EVEN EXPIRE. OUR GHANAIAN MANAGERS HAVE EVIL MINDS. THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT MAKING MONEY OUT OF EVERY SITUATION. THIS PLACE WAS MOST PROBABLY SET ON FIRE DELIBRATELY TO COVER SOMEONE. AS FOR THE FIRE CERTIFICATE, THE FIRE SERVICE TOO AUGHT TO BE CHECKING SUCH MAJOR BUILDINGS. The crux of the matter is that the present fire service management do understand their work. This is the sieved breed of fire workers who do not even have a map fire hydrants in the city. They cannot even tell you the nearest hydrant to the structure that was engulfed in fire. Again fire safety is of importance so never should hydrants be starved of water. The GWCL is the most incompetent operator in this country. Where in this civilised world do you only turn on taps when there is fire? How long will the water fill the pipes to run? This country has failed and we need a drastic overhaul.

Assuming someone failed to do his/job which necessitated this outbreak, who is to enforce the full rigors of the law to make sure it doesn't happen again?
If you live in a country and these things are not done, then am sorry its not a country but a jungle. No amount of prayer will send God down to fix these for you.
