$2.8million worth of pre-paid meters destroyed when I know people who have had to pay bribes to get prepaid meters. The Central Medical Stores is not insured, now the MoH is running around to insure the other facilities, when the insurance companies are likely to put up their premiums because they know we are not serious. What at all is wrong with the Ghanaian. Honestly, seriously the country is being run by idiots.

Yet Mahama has created a new Ministries to add more debts to the existing one, just because he wants to create job for the boys.So can somebody tell me which work is the Minister of energy doing now,now that we have a Power Minister? With all the resources at our disposal if we can't generate power for homes and industries, after almost sixty years of Independence, then we must admit we have failed.

Of this indebtedness, how much is the NDC gov't owing the utility providers?
Putting a figure to this debt, which we are being told is close to about Ghc1billion Ghana cedis, does it make any managerial and strategic leadership sense, to establish a Ministry of Power, to address dumsor, dumsor, when the funds needed for the investments by the utility providers is locked up in debt by the Mahama NDC gov't?
How then does the Ministry of Power fix dumsor, dumsor in 6 months as promised by the Mahama NDC gov't upon the establishment of the Ministry of Power, which would not have been tackled by the Ministry of Energy if the monies the NDC gov't owed the utility providers had been paid?
This is the leadership crisis that Ghana is experiencing today, where mediocrity, gimmickry, propaganda and looting has become the mainstay of governance with very, very disastrous consequences for the country. It has never been so critical for the Mahama NDC gov't to be fired at the ballot box than now, and Ghana should not fail in massively, massively jettisoning this highly incompetent, propagandist and looting NDC gov't in 2016.

1. You have to plan the city with vertical and horizontal streets,.street names and addresses. This is the first thing you must invest in. It will. CUT down efficiency by more than 90percent. A more efficient city will lead to more revenue. Increased tax collection,.efficient policewoman etc
2. Build a kumasi comvention center. For all job fairs,.concerts, business symposiums,.trsde fairs, car shows etc
3. Work on drainage, water and electricity
4. Ashanti region sovereign Wealth Fund:A percentage of proceeds from oil, gold, diamonds, cocoa revenues etc should be deposited yearly in a Ghana Sovereign Wealth Fund account, a national 401k. This money will never be touched by any govt, period! This money will be invested all over the world in socially constructive projects. Projects to be excluded can include chemical nuclear projects, environmentally disastrous projects, product based exclusions, tobacco, walmart(human rights abuses). The ROI from this fund will be used to supplement infrastructure projects in the region.
5. Go.for loans to supplement development projects in the region.
6. Kumasi city hall/metropolitan assembly must have a design facelift
7. Every dce, mayor, regional minister, cabinet minister, president must play a game.of MONOPOLY as part of their training.
8. If these few things are done with discipline and dignity. Real renaissance of change will begin to surface in our lovely nation called Ghana.
9. Cultural Museum
10. City Research Library
11. 2 Modernized City Market on each side of the city
12. A Casino, Racetracks, betting facility: to bring in revenue
13. Hotel, restaurants, barbershop, dry cleaners, comedy and niteclubs next Sports Stadiums

This minister is an autocrat. If this is way he wants to run a new ministry he is doomed. I do not know him but I he looks like a bully who does not want to use his head. What are the solutions if the ECG is broke? That is why you are there. Since he came I have not heard any sensible statement from him except threats etc. I doubt if this is not another STX by Mahama. All Mahama had to do was to fire the Energy Minister period. This nonsense we do not deserve as Ghanaians. What is this?
