This stems from the fact that the NPP forebears, the Busia, Danquah, Dombo tradition, Kwesi Pratt holds in deep contempt . He falsely accuse them for the overthrow of the Nkrumah regime in 1966. Kwesi's father was a DC in that regime. Strangely, Kwesi sees nothing wrong in Rawlings and the PNDC which overthrew the offshoot of Nkrumah's PNP led by Dr. Hilla Limann in 1982. Rawlings and later, the Ndc subterfuge in decimating the CPP, the party which Kwesi claims to hold dearly, does not in anyway worry him. Hating the NPP and all it stands for, is what OCCUPY Kwesi's mind.
I have followed him in the media, for over three decades. He has mislead a lot of ill informed citizens of this country. I am happy, I am not one of them. He waged a relentless war against South Africa. I remember his organised monthly overnight sessions at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle, in solidarity with the people of Azania. Does Kwesi know that the average South African lives better than the average Ghanaian today? Does he know the number of Ghanaian professionals, skilled craftsmen and others, living and working gainfully in better governed South Africa? Kwesi Pratt, there is an Israeli Embassy in Ghana. Do you in any way, know about their existence Accra? I miss your oft-repeated Zionist tag!
Kwesi Pratt and his likes, made shrill noises on a relentless scale when crude oil sold for $147.00 a barrel, on the world market and the pump price was the equivalent of Ghc5.30 per litre, during the later part of Kufuor's administration. In Kwesi's lifetime and several other Ghanaians, the pump price for a litre of petrol sells for Ghc15.00, whereas, the world market price has moved downwards to under $47.00 a barrel. Kwesi Pratt and his fellows see nothing wrong with the voodoo pricing structure which has resulted in the current price. Kwesi's and his fellows have the effrontery to tell Ghanaians that we must applaud President Mahama for fixing the price at the current level. Conscienceless bigots, your fangs are showing.
