  Uncle Hagan send Agility to Boankra to develope the inland port plus a credible rail track linkage. The same company I recommended to the shippers council and the trade ministry to no avail. Any logistics bonded clearing and distribution system in my opinion should consider seriously the possibility of elevating a huge chunk of cargo to Central Ghana through rail tracking. Not least inspite of our poor roads network and also help decentralise port and cargo management from Tema.
