Instead of following "precedence" as claimed here, she should have followed 'prudence' instead. That would have earned her a lot of credit and not the trouble she currently finds herself in.

I cannot see a way back for her into this role. If she had "questioned" the rationale for the existing protocol at CHRAJ for housing their top people, she would have been a 'change agent' thereby demonstrating exactly why she was put there in the first place.

Sadly commonsense is not sold in the market and although free, people find it hard to come by. Wisdom is even more scarce. This should serve as a lesson for all those in positions of responsibility, be it government, private or Civil Society.
