Now, the foolish Franklin Cudjoe and his foolish mere intellect friends flaim they've stumbled upon this document and want to go to court. What kind of senselessness is this?

The document belongs to CAGD and u claim u are a superhero and found it and going to court. Going to court for what? Going to court to accuse CAGD of being smart enough to request for their own audit from an international firm? Too many BRIANLESS people being praised as smart guys in our dear country.

The others in OccupyGhana may be smart, but Franklin Cudjoe is a cheap brain idiot who screams of the little things he achieves or comes across. He's excited over trivialities. I wonder if he had Seth Tekpers or Raymond Atugubas resume, what he'd be doing. The smart ones are so quiet u have to dig to find the big schools and achievements they've made.

We have been in this country when the uncompleted extension of the runway of Kumasi Regional Airport has been described by the Mahama NDC gov't as an ultra modern international airport comparable to any international airport in the US, Germany, France, UK, Holland, China, Hong Kong, etc, etc. So what does the Mahama NDC gov't means by an ultra modern Kumasi central market because Ghanaians have had it with mediocre leadership and propaganda.

Pls note that the audit was commissioned by the CAGD. Its to enable government address the problem of payroll management. The problem has been there. It did not start during the NPP regime only.

If ther is no evidence that the CAGD is fixing these erros then we hace cause to be concerned. If you have ever been involved in ERP design, data migration and cut-over, integration with other systems and processes you wouldn't be surprised at all at what is reported here. The audit report actually gives a possible source of these issues i.e indeadequate system infractustructure at some rural banks. Why do we politicize everything in this country? We don't know when the system was designed, who those names associated with the incorrect account numbers are etc so should we not support institutions trying to fix the problems but rather rooting against them?

In September 2014, more than two years after the CAGD got this report, the problem was still not addressed and that is why European union, Britain, USA and other developmental partners of Ghana refused to release their monetary support to Ghana and you are telling us that we should be happy because the CAGD commissioned this report.

Why should we be happy? Because CAGD wasted our money by paying KPMG to issue this report they have no intention of implementing. Typical of this administration.

The current government payroll system must be scrapped and replaced by an electronic initiated system which starts with a worthwhile national badge/ID system.
Our national ID system is premised on the ideals that people who obtain national ID's are alive, verified and authenticated prior to ID issuance. If the so-called national ID carried a unique number and an encrypted pieces of information that can be read by both card reader systems, by door access and intrusion systems as well as electronic time card systems then all government employees will have to use their respective time clock systems to prove attendance. They must be mandated for used at banks for bank transactions relative to use of their payroll bank accounts. People must be alive and authentic to meet the work attendance required to receive monthly government paycheck. Bankers must verify and authenticate the picture National ID before the release of funds of any electronic payroll deposited bank account. This process will solve the abuse at the National Service secretariat and any government office where people are paid for their presumed labor.

The saddest one was when the pornographic Northern Ghana young man resident in Canada was found to be on the teachers payroll back home in northern Ghana, as revealed by the press,, Nothing was done about it for the next three months or more. He continued to be paid and the mother continually collected his pay from the bank with ease. The funny thing was that his guy had never been a teacher in any government school, never stepped in any classroom in the north, but continued to be paid for years by the government. Why are the government agencies not that serious wit such white colour crime?
