Mahama met EU's Barroso on 2 April 2014 as Ghana's President and as Chairman of Ecowas. He also urged the EU to disburse a 64 million Euros multi-donor budget support to Ghana, which has been held back because of some fiscal policy issues. So if EU had been supporting Ghana for that small among why is it so a big deal? America supports Egypt military $6 billion every year. US also supports Israel an amount of $6 billion every year. Similarly EU also supports 1 billion euros in bilateral aid to Egypt since 2007.
It's sad and immature for a senior member of NPP, who has held finance minister position before to talk stupid like that. President Kufour on 4 occasions spent Ghana money on scam loans,yet you call him a hero. NPP people should be send back to school because they are too stupid and inward looking. If it's not their way, it's nobody's. They did so to make jeopardize Dr Nkrumah's rule for Ghana ungovernable. I don't know why people still think Mr Agyarko, Obiri Boahen and the like are wisemen.

EU has failed to give the money they promise because ghana and his govt is not doing what the EU asked them to do fast.
They want to give ghanaians money to produce for them to buy. Some ghanaians at a face value the partnership is good, but a true ghanaian will tell you they are still calling you a slave.
John Mahama is calling it trade and we are calling Exploitation of ghanaian. Why do they want to buy from us when they gave us the money in the first place. The money they gave to start product is what we call corruption.

African leaders will beg for help and money, but after getting it they will share among themselves, and the poor citizens will face the consequences. International donor countries should investigate and assess the country's policies before they will give them any money. They are all thieves. Please don't listen to them. In this 21st Century a continent like Africa cannot look after themselves or depend on their on resources but still depend on international donors to manage their economies. It is better for us to beg them to come back and rule the whole continent again or set fire in the continent because we are burden to their economies. It is a shame.
