Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Prez Kuffours comments.He should be ashamed for himself by now.After his eight years of uninterrupted rule,what meaningful legacy did he left?The problem has been with us during the ndc & npp era (since 1992 to date).NPP created some good policies but it couldn't stand the test of time due to so many loop holes around them which their capitalised on them to amass wealth.So as a fmr. 2.Appointment of Municipal/District Executive Officer by the sitting President or Party,instead of through Elections by the people of the District or Municipality for the people.
3.A Missing Clause in the Constitution to stop the EC to declare the result of Presidential Election results by an injunction from the Court,within Minutes issues any hour of the day, any day of the week,notwithstanding, when one Party which gained more than 30 percent of total Votes Casted, or a number of Partys has raised an objection to the results, until appropriate investigation is conducted,the EC would not Declared a winner until after investigations.
4.What is the purpose of the indemnity clauses in the Ghana Constitution.Is it fair to the people you rule ?
