And if it is something they cannot solve immediately then expect them weeks later. If you want evidence of a client of theirs whose nasty experience is too sad to recount, ask Mechanical Lloyd, the car dealers.

The one who gave SOFTribe this contract must be charged with "willfully causing financial loss to the state".

Certainly, this cannot be genuine mistake and I therefore call on the BNI and other Investigative Agencies to help the poor pensioners by going into this.
I certainly smell a rat in such transactions.

I think CAGD should sue the IT Company,because preparation of pay-roll is their sole responsibility.And any questions about it, is the responsibility of Management of CAGD to answer or,should be referred to the employers (CAGD) as such.It's non of the Contractor's business to answer questions on the payroll to anyone,and therefore when it does,constitute a complete Violation of Agreement and therefore,a Breech of Trust/Contract.Lady Boss,you have to Cancel the Contract with the IT Company involved.

They have no business in releasing any information about software they have written or any information to the media or public. This is a clear breach of contract and they should be sued. Anywhere in the world , this company would have been sued into bankruptcy. Google sample NDA contracts and you will understand the legal aspects software development

Confidentiality clauses do not give you the right to tell lies and bring your development partners into disripute and even more so when the global financial institutions are monitoring your use of software to churn out fake data. You forget that all companies also have indemnity clauses about the use of their products for wrongful activities... !
