You seem to be saying too much: adaptive change and re-engineering, perceptions etc. You sound like you just read a paper on institutional change. Hasten slowly!
INFACT THERE ARE TOO MANY PROFESSORS AND DOCTORS IN GHANA. BUT MOST OF WHICH ARE POLITICAL BOOTLICKERS.
