The Ndc planned to loot the nation's coffers, the first few months they came into government. You are right Prince, they created a cost centre for judgment debts, first in the history of Ghana financial management. A few persons in key positions in government however, dipped their hands too deep into the pie. One became too greedy and was therefore quietly moved from one key government post to the other very quietly hoping, the dirty deals will not come to the public notice. Unfortunately, it did. And this happened under the watch of late Prof. Mills and yet, he was an honest and God fearing man. The thieving gang has really deepened poverty in the nation. Unfortunately, they employ the use of lies and propaganda to fool some of our countrymen. Pitiful lot indeed. For this reason, there is little hope that Ghanaians will ever be paid the vast sums of monies corruptibly siphoned from the nations coffers by the Ndc government. No thief, who has unfortunately been caught, in the thieving den, will ever be made to face the law in our present political dispensation. Woyomi, Gyeeda, Akomfem Isofoton, CP and the rest, are all gone with the wind.

Ghana epitomises much of the best of Africa, but also throws into relief the tragedy of the continent. It has maintained its higher education and has fewer extremes of wealth than elsewhere. But at independence in 1957, Ghana was richer than Argentina, Brazil, Malaysia or Singapore. Today, those countries are at least ten times as wealthy.

These are some of the perimeters that can be used to judge a Govt. How transparent are they? The lies of the present govt is just too much. The deception is too much. hana’s government is the third most transparent and open in Africa, according to a global ranking on public access to official data.
The ranking was released on Tuesday, January 20 by World Wide Web Foundation.
Eighty-six countries were sampled on how information within officialdom is made easily accessible to citizens.
A report released after the ranking says, “there is still a long way to go to put the power of data in the hands of citizens.”
“Core data on how governments are spending our money and how public services are performing remains inaccessible or paywalled in most countries. Information critical to fight corruption and promote fair competition, such as company registers, public sector contracts, and land titles, is even harder to get.”
Ghana ranked joint-third with Rwanda in Africa. Only South Africa and Tunisia ranked higher.
But Ghana is 46th on the global rankings with United Kingdom ranked 1st followed by US, Sweden, France and New Zealand in that order.
Ghana is, however, listed as one of the capacity-constrained countries. This means access to information is challenged in one way or the other by limited government, civil society or private sector capacity, limits on affordable widespread internet access and weaknesses in digital data collection and management.

A husband and wife had been having a difficult time financially for quite awhile. The wife, who was of course very attractive and who had a healthy sexual appetite, was getting a little restless sitting home all the time. She asked her husband, who was very trusting and not jealous in the least, if he would mind if she had sex with men for money. She assured him that she would only have sex with them in her car at a secluded area of the park down the street. After much discussion, the husband relented, knowing how tight they were, and they both agreed that she should charge her customers $100 for a 30-minute session. The very first time with a customer, she was extremely aroused at the thought of having sex with the handsome stranger sitting next to her in the car. The man quickly pulled out his 10-inch erection. She grew quite flustered, thinking, "It is so much bigger than my husbands!" But then she realized she had not discussed the price. The customer said, "I only have $80?" The wife said, "Can you wait a minute? I will be right back!" She ran all the way home, arriving out of breath. Her husband asked, "What's the matter, honey?" She said, trying to catch her breath, "Can I borrow $20?

There is no way he would make that mistake of challenging Mahama. However, as I have said, ZEO took this appointment to get himself ready for 2020.
He could not have stayed out of NDC for so long and come back in 2016 or 2020 to challenge anyone. So for him, he is the next big thing after Mahama. Any hope for the PORN mom- Hannah Tetteh- to lead NDC is gone forever because of her stupidity on twitter and facebook.
But in 2020, I don't see any of the "team B" rising up to challenge Spio. Really, I think he is better for NDC and Ghana. As a President, I think Spio would have blink before asking the stupid numerous deputy ministers to go back to school stop being trying to be in the government.

God bless this Spio Garbrah guy, the last to get on board but the first NDC administration official to finally admit the bitter truth about the trend in our external borrowing. Excessive and reckless borrowing under this NDC administration in just 6 years has pushed this country to the brink of economic disaster but where is the evidence that the money was used judiciously for national development? It is a paradox and perplexity that this penchant for unbridled borrowing began at the time when Ghana began exporting crude oil(no matter how insignificant) for the first time in our national history. No matter how long it takes Mahama and his NDC administration will someday account for every penny they have borrowed in our name. They may massage the figures but they must rest assured that we will verify with international standards.

The Mahama NDC gov't has as at the last count of their 7 years in gov't borrowed more than all gov'ts combined since independence.
$27billion and counting is the debt stock. About $4-5billion dollars has been used for projects. So where is the difference of $22-23billion dollars? Sika no wo h333???
Surely it's not the excessive borrowing but the thievery of the borrowed money. Thievery is what has pushed Ghana to IMF.

So , the question becomes , which administration had behaved in such reckless manner ?! . The country has been administered by only two ( 2 ) parties during this fourth republic . The record of N D C one , from 1992 to 2000 , is clear as it is a fact that when the N P P assumed the reins of government in 2001 through 2008 , because of the economic and social malaise the country has been plunged into they had to resort to an unpalatable antidote (H I P C ) and many social interventions to bring the country to an even keel . I stand to be corrected , but l could hazard that when the N P P left office in 2009 January , after eight years of administering the country , the debt load was about Ten billion dollars or Ghana cedis , one could use which ever is applicable . Fast forward , in 2015 January , after six years of N D C being in office , one could imagine the country"s debt load !! . So which government has been on the borrowing binge and could they account to the last penny what all this massive and gargantuan borrowing of money has been used for?!! .
