  A preacher went to his church office on Monday morning and discovered a dead mule in the church yard. He called the police. Since there did not appear to be any foul play, the police referred the preacher to the health department. They said since there was no health threat that he should call the sanitation department. The sanitation manager said he could not pick up the mule without authorization from the mayor. Now the preacher knew the mayor and was not to eager to call him. The mayor had a bad temper and was generally hard to deal with, but the preacher called him anyway. The mayor did not disappoint. He immediately began to rant and rave at the pastor and finally said, "Why did you call me anyway? Isn't it your job to bury the dead?" The preacher paused for a brief prayer and asked the Lord to direct his response. He was led to say, "Yes, Mayor, it is my job to bury the dead, but I always like to notify the next of kin first.

  She is a woman with strong motivation, dreams ahead of her contemporaries, plans and prioritises for developments with care to sanitation and the environment.
  
  Kuamsi, once the proud garden city of West Africa is rapidly giving way to horrible security and sanitation problems which if not tackle now will bring serious national catastrophic health epidemic problems.
  
  Kumasi people with all respect are the most difficult people to understand and to satisfy.
  
  If you really want to know people who are so hard to change, go to Kumasi. But one positive thing I do like about them is once they are convinced to understand you, they are the most loyal to depend on.
  
  So I highly it is not the people who really misunderstood the good plans of the former Mayor, but maybe used the wrong approach.
  
  
  A little autocratic power of force, a little lazier fair. You need to be strong but flexible to deal with my adorable people of Kumasi.

  1. You have to plan the city with vertical and horizontal streets,.street names and addresses. This is the first thing you must invest in. It will. CUT down efficiency by more than 90percent. A more efficient city will lead to more revenue. Increased tax collection,.efficient policewoman etc
  2. Build a kumasi comvention center. For all job fairs,.concerts, business symposiums,.trsde fairs, car shows etc
  3. Work on drainage, water and electricity
  4. Ashanti region sovereign Wealth Fund:A percentage of proceeds from oil, gold, diamonds, cocoa revenues etc should be deposited yearly in a Ghana Sovereign Wealth Fund account, a national 401k. This money will never be touched by any govt, period! This money will be invested all over the world in socially constructive projects. Projects to be excluded can include chemical nuclear projects, environmentally disastrous projects, product based exclusions, tobacco, walmart(human rights abuses). The ROI from this fund will be used to supplement infrastructure projects in the region.
  5. Go.for loans to supplement development projects in the region.
  6. Kumasi city hall/metropolitan assembly must have a design facelift
  7. Every dce, mayor, regional minister, cabinet minister, president must play a game.of MONOPOLY as part of their training.
  8. If these few things are done with discipline and dignity. Real renaissance of change will begin to surface in our lovely nation called Ghana.

  11. 2 Modernized City Market on each side of the city
  12. A Casino, Racetracks, betting facility: to bring in revenue
  13. Hotel, restaurants, barbershop, dry cleaners, comedy and niteclubs next Sports Stadiums

The hard working woman Madam Freda who 's managing Kejetia terminal very well , taking proper care of the area both sanitation , using modern technology for security ,doing her best to save traveller in city ,instead of to support her to achieved her goals , you hate the woman ,we all know how treated her because you had power ,Ghanian politician should start thinking that if you have power the country is not for you. ,we all cannot be politician ., some will be businessperson ,civill servernt and so on.

  The Newly enstooled Kumawuhene (Dr Sarfo-Asante) has his paternal roots from my hometown Nsuta Ashante (late Mr Asante) while his mom is a perfect Kumawu royal of Tweneboa Kodua stool.
  Why don't you say anything about Nana dancing to tunes of Kete on Akwasidae in public but dancing with the President of Ghana in his private home.
  Oh no Ghana politics smell.
  People such as you make Ashantis feel like we are only the handicraft of the Almighty Living God. Let's put a stop to that.
