If problems are still being addressed then why the rush to make it a university? This will certainly not help the NDC win next year's elections. Ghanaians want a change.

all means of eliminating HND from the system since respect and focus is on degree in ghana. When you are HND holder you nothing meanwhile in job field perfomance is the same. go ahead and convert it.
