Is he a cabinet minister now? It takes an honest and dignified person to accept their mistakes and move on, and not try to make up lame excuses for out-out mistake.
Will Asiedu Nketia soon be wearing his wife's bra and underwear and panty-hose as well as high heels. From what we have read and glean from the story and picture, Asiedu Nketia and his wife have the same body frame, bust, size and height. Two bone to bones. The man knows he has goofed big time and has not only embarrassed himself but the country he purports to have represented. But instead of eating a humble pie, he will attempt to defend the indefensible as he cannot handle the truth in any circumstance.
Adwoa-Kwadwo Asiedua Nketiaa, what brain work did you go to do in Germany, besides suiting up for per diem and shopping? You are not cabinet minister and there is nothing you can do or sign on to oblige or bind Ghana in a contractual sense, so therefore your presence was not required. Purely this was a holiday and site seeing trip for you and you just sent the Ghanaian people the bill.

When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

The problem with the presumed financial abuse by the CHRAJ boss should be a reminder to voters in Ghana that actions and or decisions by ruling governments do have lasting impact on subsequent governments and the nation at large.
It was Kufour's NPP with support from its non thinking NPP members in Parliament that deemed it wise to sell government bungalows to party members and cronies that radically reduced available government housing units. How would it hurt government finances if government retained and maintained a number of unoccupied bungalows for emergency use? The CHRAJ boss is not the only government official to have had residential problem since the Kufour era but the ignorance and unwise decisions of Kufour and his men continue to loom over government official housing issues. Yes the boss had misplaced priorities but the opportunity for mischief came about because shortage of emergency accommodation facilities for use by government officials. Where is the Chief Justice of Ghana's Supreme Court, Ms. Georgina Woods and Nana Akufo-Addo who did see Kufour's giveaways but chose loyalty to the NPP political party over love for country? We must continue to learn from past mistakes and not let tribal and political party loyalties render us blind and hopelessly unwise.

There is a proverb by Chenua Achebe that a goat that is tied to a rope should not let to suffocate when there are adults in a house. When you have adults like Emil Short in a house even people will be advised by them to hang themselves. Some of us had issues at CHRAJ when he was there and we had the experience that if you are not a member of some tribe you better not go there at all.
