When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.

“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”, Greenstreet shouted when he delivered his party’s solidarity message to the NDC at the congress at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Ashanti regional Captial, Kumasi – stronghold of the main opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).

In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”

“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”

He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”

“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”

“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness. While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.”

However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

Let us look at history in the perspective. No current government in Europe and U.S. was established with a universal adult suffrage. However to avoid the spill of human blood things are left as they were some 600 years ago. That in some European countries monarchy continue to be the head of state. In Spain the monarchy was reestablished after the fascist colonial regimes were defeated by Africans in 1975. Thus the history of human civilization is that all currently existing governments came about as a violent overthrow of the former. As a group of people came to power through overt or covert means and gain power they are accepted as the rulers of that country.
I happen to be next door when the planners of the coup both in Sierra Leone and Gambia were planning the coups which brought Blaise Campore and Yahaya Jamey to power in their respective countries and that those coups were planned and executed with the help of some leftist groups in Ghana. I sat put, as is the case with all conspiracies, that a person who leaves in the middle of a conspiracy is an informant. Just like Flt. Lt. Rawlings Thomas Sankara and Straser were not democratic and anti-imperialist as they came to be. In Ghana the case is that Rawlings use people trained in both Cuba and Russia to destroy the leftist groups in the country and as well subvert the socioeconomic right of Ghanaians through the implementation of Breton Wood Institutions' conditionality, even more than the rightist Busia regime from 1969 to 1972.
There is another matter that Ghanaians have keep quite over the death of some service personnel who were involved in a coup against Eyadema's regime in Togo sometime ago and suffered the same fate that those who were in the Gambia had. As facts stand now the fact is that not even the Russian velvet revolution has been to the interest of that country and her people.

And if it's some unexamined supposed African tradition that he believes he's living up to by visiting that tyrant and assuring him of protection under ECOWAS protocols, then, he had better be visiting him all the time because his house is on fire all the time! The very irresponsible and corrupt acts of leaders like the Gambian leader are themselves acts of violence, which beget violence in reaction!
