  WHAT REPUTATION HAS GWCL GOT? SINCE THEY SAID THEY HAD NO CONNECTED WATER TO ADENTA AND OTHER AREAS, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUR HOUSE AT DOME CONNECTED. I WAS TOLD TO GO AND GET MY OWN PLUMBER TO DO IT. HE SAID HE HAD TO LAY NEW PIPES FROM A MAIN LINE TO MY HOUSE AT A COST OF ABOUT GHC1,600 PLUD LABOUR. THIS IS DESPITE THE FACT WE HAVE HAD WATER CONNECTED TO OUR HOUSE BEFORE. IT STOPED WORKING 2 YEARS AGO. ALL THOSE PIPES LAID ARE NOW LYING UNDERGROUND USELESS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO RECORDS AT GWCL. WHAT A MESS! AND YET THEY ARE PEOPLE WITH PHDs AND BIG MBAs WORKING THERE. THEY SHOULD HAVE A SET OF LINCENCED CONTRACTORS WHO CONNECT ALL HOUSE HOLDS AND KEEP ACCURATE RECORDS OF THE LINES FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. THESE PEOPLE JUST DON'T CARE. IN THE MEANTIME, A PIPELINE NEAR OUR HOUSE IS ALWAYS LEAKING AND WE DON'T HAVE ANYWAY OF CONTACTING SOMEONE TO DEAL WITH IT.

How do these managers let this building look like zongo? Do these people live like that in their own homes? How much will it cost to paint this building? What a stupid bunch of fools.
