It is now their turn because Rawlings short lived Dr Limann's presidency, let them also enjoy no "complain".I have no problem with our northerners also taking incharge but my problem is the wrong chosen one who is visionless and doesn't know nothing.Northerners were very loyal to Ghana before but present day ones, I wouldn't say all of them but some are greedy including this president who back dated his pay to 2009 whilst his people live in poverty.I'm surprised you ewes thought our northerners will be with you, they are cool and collected.

It is you who rather need improvement to your English proficiency because you misspelt the word "we" as "wee" in order to gratify your "wee" smoking ego.

Election 2016 will be very shocking! For the first time ever, we Ewes are going to tell NDC straight in the face that we cannot vote 100% for them to only use us and dump us. Professor Mills was a Fante but he treated us very well and even publicly declared Volta Region as his second home because he knew that VR votes are indispensable in NDC electoral victories.

Mahama has been very ungrateful to us and we have learnt our lesson! Let him continue to give all the lucrative appointments to his Northern people. We will answer him in Election 2016.

This Frafra woman is behaving as if the Police Service is for her mother. Even Mr. Ntri, Mr.Boakye Appiah, Mr. Owusu Poku etc did not retired with the Service. Atinga Bio is becoming very nasty in the service.

Promotion is not only based on long service.

WHEN ALL OTHER THINGS ARE EQUAL, THEN LONG SERVICE OF THE OFFICER IS TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
If previously promotion had been based on LONG SERVICE ALONE, THEN THAT WAS WRONG AND MUST BE CORRECTED!

The fact of the matter is that you don't need vacancies to promote ASP to DSP, DSP to Superintendent and Superintendent to Chief Superintendent. The reason is that ASP, DSP, SUPERINTENDENTs and C/SUPERINTENDENTs do almost the same work. All these ranks can mind Districts as commanders. If one is ASP at Akuse, Akosombo, Peki, Saltpond or Sandema he can continue to work at the same place when he is promoted to the rank of DSP. The same can be said of the other ranks too wherever they are. So, this reason of no vacancy is absolute bal..der..dash, bull.....shit and narrow mindedness. If anything it is the rank from Assistant Commissioner, Deputy commissioner and commissioners who have to be promoted base on vacancy because you cant be of those ranks and still continue to be District commanders. Infact, this goes to confirm Ashantis believe that if you give pepeni post, he will want to carry the work on his head for everybody to see that he is hardworking. We never heard this when southerners were the IGPs. As soon as the northerner became the IGP, see the mess.

Today in Ghana, jobs and workplace promotions are only reserved for certain people coming from certain parts of the country.

Appealing to Mahama is like appealing to your own executioner to take off your head. The only language these ethnocentric regime understands is to revolt. Simply go the Rawlings 5th May uprising way.
