  The reasons;(1)All the members of staff who became eligible for promotions in 2008,2009,2010 were lumped together in one process, regardless of their seniority. (2) The questions were leaked by management to their cronies and girl friends. I'm reliably informed that the board chairman insisted on including the 2010 group just because he has a girl friend in there. (3) There was a fatal flaw in the organization. In that the same questions were asked throughout a particular day. I mean, morning,afternoon,and evening. This put the participants in the morning session at a great disadvantage as by afternoon time in a particular day, the questions were all over the place. If you are a board chairman, a commissioner and you preside over such a joke in a serious organization is that good?

  From beginning to the end, the promotion exercise was fraught with INCOMPETENCE,RISKS & CORRUPTION, Particularly, matters relating to staff from PRO to CRO. Those they promoted were those who either saw the questions before the interview (due to the inefficient and/or corrupt Management) or helped out by a particular interview panel. There was nothing like meritorious service. No fairness. No INTEGRITY. GRA would suffer.
