  This is no corruption. This is stealing with explanation. Background checks should be conducted before hiring of such people and putting them in positions of handling money.

  Please read the story more carefully and stop making up your own. According to the report SHE COLLECTED THE MONEY FROM CLIENTS (and, of course, the clients know how much money they had paid to her) AND REFUSED TO ACCOUNT FOR IT; so why should anyone believe her and think that someone else stole part of the money?
