It is good to praise people when they perform well as this company did and I also have problem with this Atik guy on many issues but sometimes we need to analyze very well before we condemn people,let us not condemn people just because we don't like them even if they make sense.
Whoever ever engaged this company to undertake that project have not thought about it very well and it was a very risky thing to do dealing with a company that has defrauded the government not too long ago and still indebted to the government.
Is there any second chance in business if somebody cheat you or defraud you instead of not ever doing business with that person again you continue to do business with that person,what about if he dupe you again,is this company the only IT company in Ghana or the world that we have to risk doing business with them again?
I think the praises are just something to cover up for their past,a fraudster is always a fraudster,they can you use this so called achievement to defraud the government again in a bigger transaction.

Let us be careful not to cause another financial lost to the state.

We have been in this country when the uncompleted extension of the runway of Kumasi Regional Airport has been described by the Mahama NDC gov't as an ultra modern international airport comparable to any international airport in the US, Germany, France, UK, Holland, China, Hong Kong, etc, etc. So what does the Mahama NDC gov't mean by an ultra modern Kumasi central market because Ghanaians have had it with mediocre leadership and propaganda.

While real IT giants come up with real solutions, others ride roughshod on developing countries abetted by ignorant, self-seeking public servants. Riding on sham PPPs is certainly not the way to develop Ghana.
