Our experience with the quack neo-communists is that, they seize power unjustifiably through coups and counter coups, and Ghanaians only suffer dictatorship, tyranny, corruption and economic mismanagement under them. Being in power now for six years, the NDC has failed again to improve the economy simply because their fundamentals are wrong. In fact, they don't have what it takes to salvage the sinking economy.

Under normal circumstances, political parties are formed to produce leaders democratically. But in the case of NDC, a tyrant created the party with state power and resources to legitimize his illegitimate regime and cling to power fraudulently. NDC is therefore, an artificial and illegitimate party followed by stomach politicians and sycophants.

The Western Region house chiefs should go after the mining companies, rubber companies these are on the land which they are rightful owners. These same Western Region house chiefs had sold all the lands to Nigerians. What did Nkrumah do with the gold money from this land he took it to Egypt to marry and form so kind of deal with Gamal Abdel Nasser.

We have been in this country when the uncompleted extension of the runway of Kumasi Regional Airport has been described by the Mahama NDC gov't as an ultra modern international airport comparable to any international airport in the US, Germany, France, UK, Holland, China, Hong Kong, etc, etc. So what does the Mahama NDC gov't mean by an ultra modern Kumasi central market because Ghanaians have had it with mediocre leadership and propaganda.

Today, the Oil revenue is in a FREE fall, but KU4 achieved his aim, with lots of cash sitting at some Banks; the family CLAN is also in good standing, and so are all the PARTNERS in the crime, leaving mother Ghana on a respirator.
The Chiefs are RIGHT in their demands for the royalty quota, if KU4 had not 'tricked' them to some compensation! Here, the Ex-President's memory needs to be 'jump-started' on the subject, and we need some answers as well.

The only thing that could be demanded by those chiefs is infrastructural developments but nothing more.We can't single out that region alone for the sake that oil is being tapped there.

What about other regions with gold timber, bauxite etc, do we give them also 10% from the revenues? I cry for Ghana always !!!!

In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said:
“…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”
“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”

He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”
“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”

“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

The wheelchair-bound Politicians has been called names and criticised by leaders and supporters of the NDC after his bluntness.
While Majority Leader Alban Bagbin has said he believed Greenstreet was possessed by some demons, which caused him to be “so emotional”, presidential staffer Sam George wrote on his Facebook wall that: “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs elevation to see the Better Ghana.
”However, Nkrumah said Greenstreet’s message was crafted by the CPP to capture the mood and mind of the entire country.

Maybe there should then be a toll at each regional border to charge every citizen from another region when they enter other region to do business.

Ashanti region will then demand 10 percent of all Gold revenue out of Ashanti Gold Field.

Eastern Region will demand 10% of all revenue out of Diamonds and Gold coming out of that region.

Regions producing Cocoa will so demand.

Then the Volta region will demand 10% from revenue coming out of electricity generation from the Akosombo Dam.

What is going to happen in Ghana with this scenario?

Imagine allocating 10% of proceeds of resources located in every region to their house of Chiefs. You can begin to see that Ashanti region alone will end with a lion share of the states resources.
So what happens to regions like upper west region. A move like that will further impoverish the desert north.
Regions were create as administrative units to allow for manageability and not for discrimination. It is not enough to be given 10% just because the national asset happens to be located in your region. Then Greater Accra will get 10% of all revenues from the Akosombo hydroelectric facility. Definitely a very illiterate and insuler suggestion.

Wassa Fiase benefits a lot from gold proceeds and is the undisputed richest traditional council in the country. They are all corrupt and chop chop people. Government can alternatively create oil and minerals development fund with 10%-20% from the royalty payment to boost infrastructural development in the region. The chiefs do not have the capacity to efficiently manage such funds from the govt.

A better thought will be that the chiefs set up a development bank or community bank with the proceeds and give out loans to their communities for development.

It will means that the nation will have to pay other regions where cocoa is produced, where sugar is produced, on on on we go. Let us be realistic. Politicians behind this demand must watch out the danger they are breeding in this Country of ours. We're all Ghanaians let us be truthful to ourselves, even though NDC is misusing the money but is national cake not for w/R alone, is the responsibility of the gov't to develop the area not chiefs , the gov't can give you the lion share in terms of distribution of the funds but you can't ask for 10 percent
