Drivers of these containers drive too fast and most are not qualified to drive but the police always take bribes and allow them to drive

Most of these trailers are too weak to carry heavy containers yet they are certified road worthy.
hmmm I use this road almost everyday. ..God help us all.
Why is a trailer this size driving in such a busy part of town at this time? Why can they limit their hours to certain times of the day/night like in the UK?
