Do you know the number of dams which comprise the Grand Coulée or the Hoover Dams or similar projects, in fact more dams stabilizes water flow, the Bagri dam has not adversely affected Akosombo it was spurious water spillage which nearly destabilized the dam water level, the Rawlings gov't whose watch this occurred did some good work by retrofitting and computerizing the dam to use less water for more efficient generation of power and it is working, we can build ten or twelve dams on the Volta, what is all this nonsense about somebody collecting bribes by people who cannot build even a KVIP to better their community, what arrant nonsense is this?

  Do you know that your Ndc government has signed a contract with a private company to build a power plant that will generate 1200 megawatts of electricity at a cost of 7 billion dollars?
  
  This is just an arithmetic cost/benefit analysis for you. Tell me what is more cost efficient in the two scenarios here.
  
  Bui Dam built at a cost of 662 million dollars that can generate 400 megawatts or the newly signed contract by Mahamah government to build a 1200 megawatts plant at 7 billion dollars cost?
