  if she writes to the appropriate authorities to expung the names and they fail to do so, why should she be held responsible? what has pay roll got to do with her age? and who will determine which of the ages is the right one? the story is making too many allegations. it appears someone is paying to bring her down. Sad one. I hear she does not like Ewe's and she will not acccept a teacher who is Ewe. this is not speculation. I know a few teachers she refused because they are Ewe...... such a messy state of issues...... they should find a way of dealing with them.

  Unless there is an express intention to steal the money, all the Headmistress had to do was to always inform the Bank to pay the money into Government Suspense Account which will eventually be paid into the Consolidated Fund ...

  Unless there is an express intention to steal the money, all the Headmistress had to do was to always inform the Bank to pay the money into Government Suspense Account which will eventually be paid into the Consolidated Fund. This should continue until the name is deleted. As matters stand, the amount collected over the years should be calculated and whoever took the money should refund it and be prosecuted for stealing as it was clear such money was for the State and not any individual.
