The fact is though he was sick, he could have still decided to make his Vice ineffective. People, the fact is there may be so much deals flying around so if one really loves money, he would want to be a part of everything that goes on and cannot delegate. If it is about doing the job and doing it well, fixing Ghana's numerous challenges, as President Mills of lesser memory saw leadership, then one cannot but to delegate and make sure a lot is done rather than sitting on everything and getting nothing done. The Vice President can do more.
