We have been in this country when the uncompleted extension of the runway of Kumasi Regional Airport has been described by the Mahama NDC gov't as an ultra modern international airport comparable to any international airport in the US, Germany, France, UK, Holland, China, Hong Kong, etc, etc. So what does the Mahama NDC gov't means by an ultra modern Kumasi central market because Ghanaians have had it with mediocre leadership and propaganda.

Also the agencies need mechanisms in place to make it easy to track fraud, have an audit trail both digitized and undigitized which does not allow for deletion for a certain period time. until all that is in place the stealing will continue.
