  Vodafone customer service centers are incompetent in one area: they don't know what static ip addresses are. Ghanaians seem to be paying more money for slower connection and less bandwidth.

  He's using the fibre optic system(e-Ghana project) paid for by the government to line his pocket. The NCA board and chief director are all in on it. Omane Boamah has big ambitions and is milking the system. He's also cracking down on the simbox people. But the equipment will make its way to his cronies who will use it to line his pockets too.
