  Dr Paul K. Ntodi is the ugly and bad face representing the ugly and bad face of Effia Nkwanta Regional hospital.This monster besides stealing and fraud has nothing to offer as the MD.The reality is that Effia Nkwanta has a square peg in round hole.Everybody who has with paul K.Ntodi know he is damn incompetent.Cronies of his sort in civil service are rated based on their ties with the Ghana health Service hierarchy determined by bribes and homages paid.Dr Sule Gybass has been used by Dr.Ntodi to satisfy his greedy desires and dumped like he has done to many others.Why am i saying this?It is because majority of the staff including Dr Ntodi knew Sule had Psychological problem requiring serious and urgent assistance.Instead of addressing this impulse control disorder that can pop anytime he was rather interested in using him as a cash cow.Dr Sule Gybass has been a victim of false security having been covered by Dr Ntodi in many instances of irrational behavior.But was that the best approach?There are a good number of doctors we knew of in that hospital requiring urgent psychiatric assistance.One was a lady always have naked,unkempt, talking to herself and frequently ate with two hands.What was most shocking was such a menace allowed to attend to patients.Instead of Dr Ntodi focusing on them he instead chose to fraudulently implicate doctors going about their normal duties with a mental illness and succeeded in getting them sacked with the help of an equally corrupt Director General in typical vile victimization usual of him .The Ghana Health Service refused to enter appearance and defense with the case visibly gagged up at the Fast Track High Court in their favor since 2012.Disgraceful and incredible events occur in Effia Nkwanta on daily bases under a very corrupt,incompetent and callous MD.He has strong ties with Dr Appiah Denkyira and co and will always be protected being a key member of the mafia in GHS.Any smart Medical Director will know the best thing to do was to offer Sule Gybass early psychological help not shield him and use him as a cash cow for parochial interest.Some of us have never been hypocrites and can never be one.It is wicked hypocrisy and intellectual dishonesty for doctors in particular to vilify and lambast Dr Gybass.The blame should be laid squarely on Dr Ntodi notoriously heartless and insensitive to the plight of colleague doctors who worked under him.Those who have worked under this monster of an MD will testify to this on large scale.
