  when workers hear they are going to be retrenched they tend to build up tension. one fact of the matter is company's are the to make profit so if they are losing money they have to retrench or dismiss some workers. pls they s ...

  when workers hear they are going to be retrenched they tend to build up tension. one fact of the matter is company's are the to make profit so if they are losing money they have to retrench or dismiss some workers. pls they should see the labour dept about their concerns and issue trash with management. They can also call mwu to speak on their behalf for amicable solution instead of them disturbing the few that are left to raise money for them to be paid their cba.
