There is a need for education on this since most Ghanaians do not understand cleaniess. This is our main problem and our attitude to good citizenry.

but my 12 yr old kid is more aware of sanitation than major populace of g.land.it all begun at his nusury school.
UN has to tell you that your country is dirty before you clean up are there elderly people in Ghana?
Put garbage cans at vantage points to cut down littering.
