  There is a need for education on this since most Ghanaians do not understand cleaniess. This is our main problem and our attitude to good citizenry.

  Instead of organising for holistic measures for keeping thee environmental clean through education this government unbelievably repeating the same mistakes since the 1979 AFRC era when we had Head of State faking to be with the people by going down the gutter.
  
  No wonder Mahama led non performing hopeless government of AFRC/PNDC/NDC following the same lane of going down the gutter.
  
  My question is, we have had two Presidents going down the gutter, is that the answer for keeping our filthy environment clean?
  
  Are we becoming any wiser as country and people?

  That is P(NDC) for you. Almost 30years ago, their leader and founder was rummaging in the gutters ostensibly to ensure cleanliness. Fast-forward 30years to the present and the leader of this same party is also running around and rummaging in the gutters under the pretext of ensuring cleanliness, no progress within the 30years.
  A very good verdict of why a soaring economy has retrogressed by almost 15years, under just 6years of a
  P(NDC) party and gov't that brings no innovation and competence to governance except to loot.
