  When General Kutu Acheampong was kicked out of office, the cedi was 2.73 or something. He did not take any outside loan but rely on internal generated funds to run the nation.

  When General Kutu Acheampong was kicked out of office, the cedi was 2.73 or something. He did not take any outside loan but rely on internal generated funds to run the nation.
  
  We now have people who brag of being educated with all the degrees when put together, will reach the top of Mount Everest. Now, what do we see? Our problems is the foolishness of the "so-called elite" that we have. These people are only good in theory but talk of "practical" and they behave like pigs in a muddy waters. Why are we going to the IMF?
