  How has Ghana managed its exports over the years without problems until just the recent past? Has there been dramatic increases in our exports that will outweigh any time during our colonial past when the colonial masters were hauling of tons of natural and mineral resources out of Ghana? Who and what entities would benefit most from this bank? Could this be another bank to be used by the powerful and well connected to legally siphon hard earned foreign exchange currency out from Ghana into private accounts outside our sores?
