“In the last six years, the NDC has borrowed US$27 billion. Before that, we, the NPP, borrowed a total of US$5.5 billion in eight years. Compare that to the NDC borrowing $27 billion in six years and ask yourself what they have done with all that money,” the running mate to Nana Akufo-Addo said.

He said, though a lot more money has been spent, it is a paradox of economic management that this level of excessive spending has only led to greater hardships being visited on the people.

“NDC inherited a public debt stock of GHS9.5 billion in 2009,” the former Deputy Governor of the central bank said. “Today, Ghana’s debt has gone up to GHS65.7 billion. So when I say the stakes are high I am talking about the destiny of our country, Ghana, the future of the youth.”

“The NDC has been taxing everything, including condoms and cutlasses. In terms of resources, this NDC government has had more resources than any other government. We did not have oil. Yet, Ghanaians know what we did with the limited resources we had. We spent money responsibly to create the NHIS, introduce Capitation Grant, expand access to education, we spent wisely on infrastructure and built more roads than any other government,” he said.

Anyone politician who tells Ghanaians otherwise knows the short and shallow mindedness of the illiterate Ghanaian electorate and capitalize on those weaknesses to blow hot air up the electorate's ass.

Look at Mahama and his gang of thieves and freeloaders like you Kojo "Kweku Bonsam" Tamaloe.

So you know who is the ultimate loser in all this?... the once proud, beautiful and rich mother Ghana.

It's a pity that there's no powerful third option party who can give these two thieving, corrupt and useless parties (NDC & NPP) a run for their ill-gotten money.

In my view, both Mahama(NDC) and Akuffo Addo(NPP) don't deserve to rule Ghana because between those two parties, they have done an irreversible damage to the country.
This damage has put on Ghana down on her knees for good. Only a miracle would save the country and I'm not a fool to believe in miracles.

Fools who believe in miracles ALWAYS get taken for a ride and in the case of Ghana, it's been proven time and time again that the political landscape is littered with so many fools who call themselves the electorate.

Whether ruling party or opposition, dealing with force majeure issues such as the current water level on energy generation has nothing to do with the ruling Government. It highlights risks that require collective reflection to guarantee sustainable energy generation and distribution as we transition into the Upper Middle Income. Can we get into this mode to solve our problem rather than the unproductive bickering?

Factories were sold to churches turning our country to dome of all sorts of prayer camps. Is it prayer that we eat or jobs that we do to make us strong to pray?The property owning democracy craziness that swept through here to sell all state asserts to cronies and looting of the state coffers to give to individual family members to trade and pocket the proceeds is what we want to repeat agaian? And NPP followers will always say; that's why they were voted out and my simple response will be; unless mahama does something bad close to what kuffour did, there is no need changing him for anybody. After all I have my water in Madina, don't need nothing else, If water were light, then I will say we were in water Dumsor Dumsor for 20 years until Mahama came, so I am content. Plus there is something being done about the light situation anyways,i wont waste my vote ooo. JDM for 2016.

Change of the head of state alone is meaningless unless it is linked with the total eradication (not physically) of the entities called political party, all of them starting with the NDC and NPP. There has got to be a fresh start from which all former politicians are barred. Close down the entity called parliament and start with one national leader and strong regional leaders who control their regions. Work on a new constitution strong versed in the rule of law. I will abolish the judiciary and police force as they currently are and replace those institutions with something different.

Particularly so when even some within the NPP have labeled their own flagbearer Akufo-Addo as incompetent and a monumental failure. No sane Ghanaian would like to see aan incompetent and monumental failure Akufo-addo at the helm of the nation. The NPP has picked as its flagbearer a sleepy Gonzalez who also happens to visionless, glueless, devious, and without a plan for Ghana, and it still has the nerves to ask Ghanaians to dump mahama and the NDC. Serial liars never have anything to say other lies. Awuku can make all the noise he wants to make, tell all the elephant-size lies he wants to tell, spew all the deceptions he wants to spew, the fact still remains that elephant-riding serial loser Akudo-Addo is slowly inching towards his third defeat.
