In Ghana, where the economy is struggling and there's lights off bidding for AFCON is NOT a priority.
Government seems to find money for sport but never the basics.
It won't be a joke when the world is watching and sudd ...

The reality is that Gabon is likely to be the host. They hosted recently and no conflict. Ghana has dumsor and Algeria and Egypt are conflict prone. It would have been nice to Kenya on the shortlist.
And that would be more devastating and disgraceful.mdont caf give it to somebody else. We hosted it in 2008 and allowed the Arabs to take it from right under our eyes. And now u want to host it again..all in the name of despe ...

The problem is that Kenya did not make the shortlist. Unless something changed they are already out.
Lets postpone hosting now and concentrate on tackling power crisis

Dear Fabs, so sorry. I understand your frustrations. The pain of losing again is still in your body. I empathise with you. Is it not better not to qualify than to continue to fail? Who remembers who comes second. We only reme ...

TBH you're a funny guy....but come on please be serious. I agree some points, but there's no skin pain on my part. The team is young and moving forward.
I hope we can meet again in AFCON and beat you....again.
Nija, I agree..gh has a better chance of winning the afcon outside ghana. Even the record proves this.
Yes Ghana has won the cup only 4 times and has not won in the past 33 years. So Nijaboy, tell us how many times has Nigeria won AFCON? Perhaps you should wait and catch up with the number of times Ghana won, before you let of ...

Brotherly advice NOT sisterly advice. Blame the Devil.
The bid to host the AFCON is madness given our precarios energy situation.
give it to Algeria....
We have no electricity in the country, dilapidated infrastructure even the Accra scoreboard needs repair....please spare us the shame even if we need this cup soo much.Kwasaee!
If you're aiming to win Afcon17 this is a very bad approach cuz hosting will never luck you to win.
Does hosting of such events add up to the purse of the state or reduce it?

SO CALL BRAZIL OF AFRICA.
This is a perfect opportunity for Ghana to win the AFCON...well done GFA.
Spend all that money to host AFCON when we cannot provide out hospitals with electricity to take care of the sick? Priorities, priorities, priorities.
We have to hide the unplesant scenery that welcomes when one passes on the Tema motor way heading to Tema. If are are trying to bid for the AFCON 2017 then we have to build a strong wall hiding the whole of Ashiaman. We need ...

Hahahahahahahaha ashaiman paaaaaa...I agreed with u...why not destroy those rubbish there
Where do you think all the people in Ashaiman will go if you destroy every thing there?? Better to co-host with Ivory Coast so that we only have 2 standard locations in Ghana but final to be played in Abidjan.
Where is the infrastructure? Where is all the money going to? Even Rwanda, coming out of genocide, has better stadiums than Ghana. Sad
CAF must realise how much al-shabab extremist can contribute to kenya to host if given the chance to host,,,,,not forgetting what they did in their city mall, nonsense, take out kenya, sudan, algeria and egypt, those places are vi ...
